BEHOT 全新推出「凍乾鮮桃」，選用新鮮水蜜桃，透過真空冷凍乾燥技術製成，將水果在最鮮甜的狀態下進行乾燥處理，完整保留水蜜桃的色澤、香氣與自然風味。

透過低溫與減壓環境去除水分，不僅延長保存期限，也讓水果以更輕巧、方便的形式重新呈現。

自 2025 年12 月 18 日起，BEHOT 凍乾鮮桃將於好市多會員專屬通路正式上市。

Capturing the Fresh Flavor of Peaches at Their Peak

BEHOT proudly introduces its new Freeze-Dried Peaches, crafted from fresh peaches and preserved using advanced freeze-drying technology. By gently drying the fruit at its peak ripeness, the natural color, aroma, and flavor of the peaches are carefully preserved.

Through a low-temperature, vacuum dehydration process, moisture is removed while maintaining the fruit’s original character. The result is a product with an extended shelf life and a lighter, more convenient format for everyday enjoyment.

Starting December 18, 2025, BEHOT Freeze-Dried Peaches will be available exclusively through Costco member channels.

什麼是凍乾鮮桃？

凍乾鮮桃採用真空冷凍乾燥技術（Freeze Drying），在低溫環境下將水分昇華去除，盡可能保留水果原始結構與營養風味。

相較於傳統加工零食，凍乾技術的最大特色在於「不經高溫破壞」，讓水果在脫水後仍維持接近原果的風味表現。
